I'm a registered dietitian focused on real health through understanding your body, not fighting it. My evidence-based approach covers hormones, metabolism, muscle preservation, and the role of medications like GLP-1s and peptide therapy. My philosophy is progress, not perfection.
My own transformation followed an autoimmune thyroid disease diagnosis and personal GLP-1 therapy experience. I struggled with the cycle of strict dieting, intense workouts, and frustrating plateaus, despite doing "everything right." I realized willpower wasn't the barrier. Restoring my energy, clarity, strength and confidence came from learning to support my body in the way it truly needed.
